About this Returns & Refund Policy, the terms set out hereunder apply to all the goods which have been ordered online to Centric24 Products India Private Limited 

Centric24 Products India Private Limited offers the best quality 100% Organic Food and ensures before making the shipments that the products being dispatched are according to the order and packing are in a good transportable condition.

The company does not provide refunds for certain products which cannot be received back by their nature and also for hygiene and health reasons. All products purchased on the Website may be returned within the set time frame at your own risk. You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 24 hrs after you have received the delivery of the product(s) or they come into the possession of a third party (other than the courier) as indicated in the order. You may physically return such product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 24 hrs after you informed us about your intention to return the product(s).

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped with their original labels intact. Goods returned with broken seals, original labels torn and packets opened will not be accepted.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all refunds will be subject to our sole   discretion and for the following reasons.

1. Wrong shipment of the ordered product:

The Company accepts all the returns where goods shipped are other than ordered by the customer. Such type of errors may occur at the time labelling the packets with the address by the stores & shipment staff.

2. Change of Product:

The Company may accept returns where the customer wants to change the products which he had actually ordered with some other product. For such returns, the price of the new order should be more than the price of the product to be returned. The Company will invoice the customer for the exchange. The new product will be shipped on receipt of the extra price.


3. Excessive Quantity:

The Company accepts the returns where the quantity is shipped in excess than the actual ordered.

4. Where an original seal or/and packing is opened:

The Company will not accept any returns where the customer has broken the original seals of containers, bottles; Original Labels are torn and has opened the inner packing.

5. Change of Mind:

The Company does not accept returns where the customer had placed an order for supply of certain product, but refuses to accept the delivery due to change of mind.

 6. Products on Off Season Sale:

Any product which is put on Clearance Sale or Off Season Sale or is of Seasonal Use, like Dry Fruits etc, will not be received back.

7. Customized Order:

We’ll not receive back such products which were customized as per your specific requirements.

8. Original Bills & Receipts:

All returns must be accompanied with the Original Bills and Receipts. Where the customer has lost the Bills and/or Receipt, he should first request the Company for issuing Duplicate of it.

9. No Dispatch, We Pick up from your Doorstep:

In no case, the customer should dispatch the goods he wants to return. Our representatives Courier will pick-up the product from your doorstep. We’ll inform you in advance the day and the representative courier who will collect the packets. The representative couriers will also inform you when he should reach your door steps.

10. Refunds:

I). The refund will be provided only after the product shipped by the Company is received back and is found to be in acceptable condition.

II). The amount of refund will be the amount paid by the customer, less shipping and packing charges.

III). Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our store, you will receive a refund e-mail message.

IV). Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided at the time of placing order or your Bank Account information available in our database.

V). The refund will be provided within 7 days after the goods have been received back.

VI). You can check your refund status on your online account.
